ISPReview has noted that FreeDial is saying Due to circumstances beyond FreeDial's control we are no longer able to provide these services. Which refers to the companies original place to provide ADSL for £12.95 a month.

For customers who are still involved with the company, the following information is provided We are pursuing various courses of action and we will update customers with outstanding accounts as and when we are in a position to do so. Precisely what this means is unclear, but if you have money owed to you by FreeDial it would be wise to talk to your Local Trading Standards or Citizen Advice Bureau. They will be able to advise you on your precise standing with regards to getting money back.
