IG Mailbox full?

We've had reports that the ISP 'IG Click' is now bouncing e-mails to their support addresses, forcing people to call their premium rate support line. If anyone can confirm these reports, please e-mail seb. Thanks :-)
Update: This rumour has been confirmed by a second IG Click customer who is now trying to get a charge-back on his credit card!)
