IGClick first ADSL ISP to follow in unmetered-style downfall?

I've seen many worrying comments from a number of people on IGClick's business practices. They experience technical problems and expect users to pay premium rate phone charges to report them (apparently their 'non-premium' telephone numbers just tell you to call the premium ones!) We have been told by one of their users that Bexley Trading Standards have received many complaints about IGClick. If anyone is having problems trying to contact them without success, do let us know at team@thinkbroadband.com
